Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Soul Essence Spa. Once a payment is made for a service or therapy session, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. We do not offer returns or refunds for services rendered.
Changes to Scheduled Sessions
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to change the date or type of service for your scheduled session. We are happy to accommodate such changes based on availability. Please contact us at least [number of days] days in advance to reschedule or change your session.
